AI tools may assist writing and review tasks, but human contributors remain responsible for accuracy, originality, and policy compliance.

1. Author Responsibility

Authors remain fully accountable for facts, citations, and claims in all submitted content, regardless of tool assistance.

2. Required Disclosure

Contributors should disclose material AI assistance in drafting, summarization, translation, or image/text generation where relevant.

3. Prohibited Practices

Undisclosed wholesale generation, fabricated references, or misleading representation of AI output as verified evidence is prohibited.

4. Editorial and Reviewer Use

Editors and reviewers may use AI for support, but final decisions require human judgment and documented rationale.

5. Confidentiality

Confidential manuscript or user data must not be exposed to unauthorized third-party tools.
